- Include the account email or username you want Feedpresso to delete.
- Tell us that you want your Feedpresso account and associated data deleted.
Request data deletion
To request deletion of your Feedpresso data without necessarily deleting your account, contact [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion request.
- Use the email address connected to your Feedpresso account, if possible.
- Include the account email, username, or other details needed to identify the data.
- Tell us which Feedpresso data you want deleted.
Data deleted or kept
When processing a deletion request, Feedpresso deletes account profile details, login and account identifiers, saved preferences, personalization data, saved sources, and app or service data associated with the account or request.
Feedpresso may keep records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or operational backup reasons. Support will confirm any applicable retention timing when processing your request.
We may contact you to confirm the request before deleting account or app data. All deletion requests should be sent to [email protected].
